(hope i get this right XD)
The moon shone dimly through the dark gray clouds that hung over the sky. It smelled of rain, but gave no sign of a storm. Insects called out, and an occassional bat fluttered through the sky, but mostly, the forest was quiet. A light fog had begun to drift in, causing a bit of a drizzle. The moon was soon covered in clouds and mist, leaving a pale, dim gray light to shadow the forest.
A wolf padded silently through the forest. Leaves crunched under her paws as she sniffed around the ground. A strong scent of other wolves came to her quickly. She gave a small snarl and lashed her tail, then looked up and around the forest. She wasn't afraid of others, even if it was a pack. She didn't care how strong they were, but if she had to fight, then she would. She kept padding quietly through the plants, sniffing the air, until she reached the border of the Sallin pack. She peered through some plants and looked around cautiously.
Her ear twitched as more scents came to her. She backed away, then shook her fur off to get rid of the twigs that clung to her. With a snort, she started to walk away, but stopped as curiousity got the better of her. She silently turned around and raised her muzzle again, sniffing. She seemed to be itching for some action, and the faint scars all over her body proved that she liked to fight.

As the fog grew thicker, a white wolf was almost impossible to pinpoint by sight. The white she-wolf race through the maze of trees adn bushes, following a strong scent that sparked her killer instincts. Her neck fur bristled, her claws extended from her sighlent paws, and her fangs gliscened in te dim moonlight through the fog. Her pure white pelt blended with the shadows of the fog at night. Thw hite she-wolf stopped at the edge of a small hill that was baordered by hovering spruce trees. She rose her mighty muzzle, checking the air for any scents that were unfamiliar. Her earspinned back all the way aganst her skull, and her lips curled up to a light snarl, which the fog prevented it from carrying out to unwanted attention. The scent of a nearby wolf snapped her kind nerve, and her eyes narrowed in aggression. She stealthily snook down the hill and hid behind a bush that grew a few meters awya form where the other she-wolf was standing. Her fangs were longer than a normal wolf's, but nothign like a saber's fangs. Her pads were so soft, so quick, that not even a fox could tell she was coming towards it. The white wolf watched hte other wofl carefully, studying her behavior and movements. Many thoughts flashed in her mind. Advantages, strategies, and tactics for survival, and battle. She had once had a body covered in scars, but her white pelt grew over them and hid them from warry eyes. She too loved to fight. The thrill of it made her happy, and strong. She knelt behind the bush for a few more seconds, adn then started the assult. She bolted out from under the bush and pinned hte other wolf down, hlding her by the neck. Her eyes were as blue as the ocean, and her pelt white as snow. She ripped the very flesh that surrounded her fangs. The white wolf then jumped up and landed on the wolf's back, diging her muzzle into the back of its neck, clamping bone and nerves. The wolf lost consiousness and went limp in the white wolf's jaws. The white wolf's chest and muzzle staind from the crimson blood from the deseased wolf. She carried the wolf in her mouth over to the wolf that was stnding on the boarder of Sallin lands, adn the dark forest she thrived in. She stood beside her an dropped the wolf on the dirt ground anf smirked. (the wolf that the white wolf kills is not you, RayJ. but the wolf that she drops the dead wolf in front of is you. )

Nightshade heard the snarls first, rising like the dirge of the dead over the mist and the wind. Through the close-knit forest of pines, she could not see anything moving, but her senses were alert at once as she spun about, her eyes casting in all directions. If there was someone - something out there, she would find it. The she-wolf was not yet so arrogant that she felt utterly invulnerable. She had her fair share of marks, just like most who had clawed their way to power. She had come too far and gained too much to end up dead in her own packlands.
Another glance and a deep sniff of the night air reassured Nightshade that she was, for the moment, still alone. The snarling had subsided, but the silence that had ensued was all the more terrible. Years ago, when she had been a cub, she would have rushed back to her family and whimpered in terror at what she had heard. But not now. Now, that cub was gone - dead as her bitter winter heart, blackened by frost beyond repair. No, Nightshade was not that wolf anymore. She no longer needed to remind herself, either. She knew the strength that lay within her own bones.
The alpha of Sallin merged with the darkness of that shrouded night, not even the moon daring to cast light on the shadowed places of her mind - the forgotten places where she lay now, waiting. Dawn would not come for many hours yet, but the she-wolf knew its colour as well as she knew her own name. Blood had been spilt this night, and the sun would be red in remembrance. She made good speed, and her long legs soon carried her to the edge of her territory. The land seemed to fall away abruptly, as though this part of Sallin was held upon the blade of some earthly knife. The rock ended, and after a slight precipice, the hardened ground continued without cover for a good many lopes, until it delved again into the forests.
Nightshade knew her boarders almost as well as she knew the heart of her land, and she knew through instinct, as well as tact, that she could hide here in the trees and not be seen by any below unless she was willing to reveal herself. She had need of that knowledge now, it would seem. For not ten paces below and ahead of her, were the forms of two wolves, and something else that Nightshade could not make out in the darkness. As silently as any creature could, the she-wolf crept into the undergrowth and towards the edge of her land, until she could see pretty well the grass beneath the rock-face, and the two figures that stood there.
It was only now, as the moonlight filtered through the deep clouds and the branches of the still almost leafless trees, that Nightshade could finally see what the other form was. Shadows, what in Kloteck...? Her thought barely formed in her shaken mind. There, sprawled in a mangled heap on the ground next to the two others, was the body of a dead wolf. The breath caught in her lungs, and for an instant it would not expel. Had one of these intruders killed this wolf? Or had one of her own pack members, driven by duty or hate, done the deed? She could not recognise the creature as one of her own; no doubt a simple newcomer, like these two. Perhaps it was indeed a Sallin wolf who had come upon it and, seeing fit to do so, ended its life.
Something in Nightshade whispered that it was not so. Digging her claws into the earth to anchor herself down, the she-wolf waited. If an outsider had done this, then perhaps they were not yet finished. Perhaps their bloodlust was not yet quenched? Whatever the case, the alpha would wait. If her blood was to stain the ground this night, she would make sure that it was not her end, but that of whoever had done this. Yes, she would wait. She would wait to see how this was to unfold.

The brown she-wolf turned to the white wolf. She gave a questioning glance as how she had found her, all this way, to this forest.
The white and the brown wolf had spent most of their lives fighting besides each other, killng humans and dogs alike. They had nearly killed each other, too, if it wasn't for some humans stopping them. Now they had become friends.
The brown wolf shook her head before she got too deep into thought. She looked down at the dead wolf's limp form, and she snatched it up by the neck and then rammed it back into the ground to make sure it was dead. She sniffed it again, as the scent of another wolf came to her, but it was obviously not the dead one. Her eyes narrowed as she peered around, a bit of a snarl plastered on her face. She turned back to the white wolf. "Do you smell anything unusual?" She whispered. But then again, they were on unfamiliar lands of another pack.

The white wolf also sniffed the carcass of the dead wolf. Many scents filtered into her nostrils that night as the mist became of a white cloud sighlently covering the ground. The white wolf was a murderer, and alike the brown wolf. Together, they were almost unstopable. A smirk stretched across her bloodstaind lips. "Indeed I do." She replied, her white tail swishing from side to side. Her ears twitched to identify signals of unknown wolves or prey in the everygrowing darness of the boarder.
Animals of the white wolf's old homeland called her Storm, reffering to her stormy aggression and attitude. She never wore a smile, but a smirk occupied her face. Her ripped ear twitched as she heard faint howls and screams of agony in teh distance behind her and the brown wolf, not from the Sallin territory. Storm's head spun around along with a ferosious snarl with an angry glance. Her neck fur stood on end of her battle scared neck, and her clas extended along with the felxing of her muscles.
Another young wolf appeared out of nowhere, searching for a free kill. Storm growled and snarled to scare the young pup away, but it only caused the young wolf to challange her. Storm reared up and charged the wolf, jaws open and claws ripping hte earth as they pounded the ground from huge strides of her powerful legs. The young wolf reared up to attack, but as soon as he opened his jaws to rip the flesh that entered his mouth, the meat that protected his neck appeared decapitated. He fell to the ground with a thud and blood oozing from his neck. Storm grew a toothy grin across her face as her task had been completed..for now...
She grabbed the body of the young wolf and threw it towards the brown wolf, but instead of it hitting her, it hit a branch that peirced through the side of its ribs ona tree. It dangled from teh branch like a cloth hander on a rail as blood dripped from the neck and its sides. Storm trotted back beside the brown wolf, collecting hte scents that flowed in the air. "Smells like a wolf from this land before us..." She wispered in a growling tone and a glare that pinpoited a bush on the other side of the land.

The brown wolf only shrugged. "Just ignore it. I'm sure it will go away." She said simply and lashed her tail. She kicked away the dead corpse in front of her, and then sniffed around for anything. She was bored, and so she considered killing as her only option. Nightshade's scent reached her muzzle, and she gave a light snarl, then glanced around the bushes, sniffing the air. She dug her claws into the dirt and pinned her ears, then turned around, back to Storm. Her ear flicked in Sallin's direction. "Are we on someone else's territory?" She asked the white wolf. "I smell others, and lots too."

Storm collected more of the scent sample before it would dissapear... if it ever did. Her smirk appeared on her huge muzzle as her pupils were swallowed by her bright blue irises. Her killer instincts were raging inside her, urging to blow out and rip anything that came up to her or her brown friend. "If it's a canine or simply a rodent we should easily sort this whole task in a matter of cloud passes." Storm stated. "RayJ, if there are wolves here, there is a possibility for some bloodshedding battles." Sorm continued. 'Perfect. Just what I need to fulfill my pleasure...' Many sayings and words scurried across her battlescared mind. Each with a memory of victories of battles and wars of her past experiences.
Her nose flinched as one particular scent wafted into her coal black nose. "I'm not sure. But I do know that the land that shadows before ourselves belongs to the Sallin wolves. We are merely on the boarder of it." Storm replied, smirking at the bush that hid the wolf named Nightsade. She had caught the scent a few moments back, but kept it quiet to not reveal that she knew. "I sence we're being watched, RayJ. And it's coming from teh Sallin territory."

"How would you know which territory we are on?" She asked with a glare. "Have you been here before? Do you know the alpha?" She questioned. (sorry about how short this is, but im waiting for Nightshade XD)

((Sorry again for the long delay.))
Before Nightshade could even sense what was happening, another shadow burst from the depths of night, only to be taken down swiftly by the white wolf once more. It was common knowledge that some curs and wolves alike stalked the boarders of Sallin, but the alpha had never seen something like this. Or at least, not in that year. Two rogues taking out an equal number of stragglers was a strange thing - even stranger away from this place. But there was no doubt in it now. The wind had changed a few moments before, and the two wolves still partially covered in shade had scented her, if not seen her. Fool, Nightshade hissed to herself.
But what to do now? She would not run - never. Perhaps she could call her warriors to her before the situation got any worse. That would rid her land of these two for certain. It was one thing to take out two starving weaklings, but a pack of skilled fighters was another thing entirely. However, something told Nightshade to bide her time. The white wolf, certainly, had an ability. An ability that could aid the alpha in her cause...if the intruder was willing to yield. Yes, perhaps that was the best move.
With a slow release of breath, Nightshade lifted herself from cover. She knew the ridge of land like the back of her own paw, and could easily find her way down it even if the moon was not still on her side. Padding down as casually as she could, the she-wolf made it almost halfway down the steep slope before she stopped. Better to have a high vantage point above the others, than to risk limb and life in a head-on attack. Not yet, she thought fiercely. Wait...
She found a kind of ledge on the rock face, and stared down confidently at the two wolves beneath her. If the she-wolf had had anything more than a shrivelled grey heart and a disturbed mind, perhaps she would have felt fear. But Nightshade was beyond fear. Too far gone to even remember it. So it was with arrogance and pride that she stood; a darker silhouette in the shadows. Only her eyes; green with that outer yellow taint that belongs to all pure wolves, set her apart from the rock on which she waited. Cold as the power of winter was that stare, and bitter were her words. 'What business have you here, in the dead of night?' Those last ones were spoken with a taint of something wicked. No smirk played upon her lips now - replaced by the venomous calculation of a poisoned mind, wrapped within a withered soul.

RayJ's ear flicked to the side and she quickly turned in Nightshade's direction. As soon as she spotted her, a snarl plastered across her face. "Who wants to know?" She growled. "The dead of night is perfect for killing," She said with a cold smirk. She turned her body in her direction, lashing her tail from side to side irritably. She started padding slowly and quietly towards her, her eyes glinting in the moonlight, her teeth gleaming.
With that, she started to bound up a few rocks, to get a better look at Nightshade. She looked her over, still growling, and assumed she must have a high rank, since she looked quite strong. She snorted. "Who are you anyway?" She growled, digging her claws into the rock as she approached her.

Before Storm could answer, she also spotted the dark wolf kreep out from behind the safety of the bush. Instinctivly the white wolf's neck and back fur stood on end, her claws sheathed, she bared her fangs and her tail stood straight out behind her. Storm's bright blue eyes reflecting the light of the midnight moon. The words Nightshade spoke from a far distance was still heard in the white wolf's ears, perfectly.
"The darker the night, the more killings we can cause." She snickered beside RayJ. Storm began to trail behind the brown wolf, showing no sign of weakness or fear. The white wolf stopped at the bottom of the rock, coming out of the shadows. The moonlight shimmering on her pure white pelt, but the blood from her recent victims smeared on her face and chest. "Why do you come to us in such a fassion? Usually an alpha would call upon their warriors to chase of rouges like us. It's happened before, but I never back down." She whispered in a light growl.

RayJ smirked along with Storm. Then she pinned her ears flat against her head, and fearlessly stepped up to Nightshade, standing in front of her now. She growled, lowered her head, bared her fangs, and then shot for her throat, jaws wide open. If she caught her off guard, she would do quite some damage, and rip the flesh to the point where the windpipe could be seen.
