"Thanks," Orin grinned as his paw reached a branch. Maneuvering himself so that he could pull himself up onto the strong branch. Now, gripping the branch a little awkwardly Orin shifted so that he could find his balance. Finally sitting, albeit a little awkwardly, Orin looked down at Akree with a smile. The crow had ruffled it's feathers nervously. It had never had something as big as a wolf follow it up a tree.
Orin turned his focus back onto the bird scooting himself closer to the bird's branch. Clinging a little awkwardly he reached out a paw until he touched a slightly higher branch with it. "I'm coming for you now," he taunted the poor confused crow.

Akree watched as Orin balanced himself in a branch. The crow gave a small squawk of confusion and ruffle its feathers. Akree chuckled and wagged her tail, she would follow Orin up the tree, but she was a bit to big to be climbing a tree. Orin uttered a thanks and she only barked in response. The confused crow wasn't sure if it should fly of or stay where it was. It hopped nearer to Orin and tilted its head in curiosity.
"I'm coming for you now," said Orin to the crow.
Akree chuckled and said "Be careful, you're on in a tree you know" she called back to Orin.
She took a few steps back to get a better look at Orin as he climbed the tree, she hoped the wolf wouldn't fall. Akree balanced herself in her back legs as she looked at Orin. Orin has skillfully climbing the tree, he really seemed determined to get that crow.

"Yeah I know," the brown wolf grinned leaning forward a few more inches. The shiny eyes of the crow watched him warily.
With one more stretch Orin snapped his maw shut on some tail feathers. In a flurry of flapping and feathers the crow managed to free itself leaving a good amount of feathers behind. Moving back to his lower branch Orin held his prize high. A few shiny black feathers poked out of the side of his mouth. His eyes glinted with victory.

A flurry of black feathers fell down from the tree. Akree heard the crow fly away, that crow liked trouble she though, as she remembered how she had caught the crow on her jaws. She quickly looked up to see how Orin was. Orin smiled proudly through the shiny black feathers he carried on his mouth.
"Good job!" barked Akree to Orin.
She wagged her tail as Orin climbed down, she wanted to bark something to the crow flying away in the distance, but only looked at Orin in case he needed help.
"Be careful" she said calmly to Orin as she saw him climbing down, doubtfully, but with a sense of pride. A wide smile formed on her muzzle as Orin finally climbed down.

(Sorry for my slowness)
Orin dropped the feather on the ground in a heap. "Thanks," he smiled spitting out one last small feather. "That'll teach that crow to mess with big, bad wolves," he laughed looking in the direction the crow had flown off in. "It certainly won't forget that anytime soon." He wagged his tail happily. "C'mon Akree. I'm sure there's plenty of other animals out there to mess with."

((No worries))
The older wolf dropped to the ground with a soft thud, she wagged her tail slightly and walked towards Orin. He began to spit a few pitch black feathers and she chuckled slightly. Orin seemed to really enjoy bothering small animals and in this case bothersome crows. She tilted her head upwards to look at the tree the brown wolf had been just a few seconds ago, if it wasn't for her immense size she would have been able to climb it. With a slight shake of her head she turned to look back at Orin.
-"Thanks" he said with a grin. "That'll teach that crow to mess with big, bad wolves," he laughed.
-"Big? you?" she chuckled and nudged Orin "You're quiet small" she said chuckling "But maybe I'm a bit to big" she said with a flick of her tail, laughing.
-"C'mon Akree. I'm sure there's plenty of other animals out there to mess with." he said casually.
Akree stopped in her heels and lowered her head, not wanting to move. She didn't mind scaring the crow away, but it didn't mean she would trouble every small animal in her wake, she was no bully. She pawed the ground and got in Orin's way, making him stop abruptly.
-"Enough"she said with a growl "The crow was looking for what it got, but what do other animals have done to you?" she said with a flick of her tail.
She stared at Orin with the sepia bowls that were her eyes, showing Orin that she meant every word. After a while she turned away and walked towards the edge of the clearing and turned her head waiting for Orin.

Orin was caught off guard by Akree's suddenly serious tone that he completely ignored her comment on his size. He jogged up to catch up with her and pouted slightly. "I wasn't serious you know, I don't intend on messing with thema ll. Just chased a few squirrels. There's no real harm in that. It keep them on their toes." The brown wolf lifted his head and cocked it to the side, "But if you'd prefer some other for of entertainment I don't mind at all. I'm adaptable." Orin silently cursed himself for saying that because he really wanted to go torment some forest animals but for his new friend he could make exceptions at least for now.
He trotted ahead a little bit and leaped up onto a rock and flashed a quick grin. "So, which way do ya wanna go?"

She stared at Orin, waiting for an answer. The wolf seemed to be caught by surprise. He seemed to be thinking and for a while she thought he would stay silent.
-"I wasn't serious you know, I don't intend on messing with them all. Just chased a few squirrels. There's no real harm in that. It keep them on their toes."
-With a nod she straightened herself and changed her expression to a more kinder one "Ok...."
-He cocked his head to the side "But if you'd prefer some other for of entertainment I don't mind at all. I'm adaptable." he said
-She gave a wide a smile and walked towards the wolf "All right."
Orin walked away and climbed on top of a rock, he gave a smile on her direction. A bit surprised Akree began to follow Orin. She stopped a bit confused. Orin seemed really happy now, she smiled back.
-"So, which way do ya wanna go?" he said.
-Akree turned to look left and right "Well..."she turned her gaze towards Orin "...can't say I'm sure."

"Well, in that case," Orin began looking from side to side, "Lets go...that way!" The brown wolf turned his head to the left. He leaped from his spot on the rock and landed lightly on his paws. There was a small path leading in this direction, and Orin was curious as to where it could take them if they were to follow it.
Orin dropped his nose to the ground and scented the path. It didn't smell like anything had passed the path recently though he detected faint scents of other animals. The male turned back to Akree. "I'd like to see what's down this path. Possibly nothing but you never know." He could already feel his tail wag instinctively as his anticipation grew.

((D: Sry, I didn't notice you had posted here *Bangs head on desk*))
-"Well, in that case," Orin began looking from side to side, "Lets go...that way!" said the wolf.
Orin landed with a slight motion on the soft ground before. He pointed his muzzle to the left where the trees and plants gave way to a small rocky path. She eyed it carefully and turned back to Orin, who was quite excited by the idea of finding out where it went. Akree flicked her tail and followed the smaller male wolf. Orin dropped to the ground to catch the scents, but Akree suspected that not many things passed through here, the only thing that was keeping this a path was the rock scattered about. A little grass grew here and there where the path lay, Akree followed Orin as he sniffed about, she eyed Orin and took a step back at he lifted his head.
- "I'd like to see what's down this path. Possibly nothing but you never know." he said excitedly.
-"Well, like you said, you never know."
She trotted off a little farther away down the path and looked around. Nothing, but trees. But when she lifted her head, it was beautifully. Vines stretched from one tree to the one across, a few white flowers grew on them. The petals of the flower caught the little sun rays that reached down which made them glitter. She looked at the flower, awe struked.
-"O-Orin, look at this, its beautiful." she said while looking at the vines.
