Yush, the prologue is all up, but that isn't all just yet! There's more to come! I might continue later on, but for now I'll just post what I have now!
-------------------------------------
Wrapped in memories
It had been twenty years since the female and her daughter had came into the 'fort', and it seemed like if everything had returned to normal, but of course, that wasn't the case outside, no, the world literally was /dead/ outside, nothing but the red eyed monsters could survive on nothing but scarce food which was either animals that still lived, or canibalism, of course that didn't matter towards the female named Shy, no, she had long forgotten about that what happened all that time back, of course some thoughts about it still hung in her mind, never to be forgetten by the female herself. Of course her daughter barely knew about what happened, and she rather wouldn't tell her because she knew it'd hurt her, an that.. She did not want. After twenty years straight, she would've grown, same to Shy, but since she had been a cub back there, she had grown allot in both seize and weight, but yes, it'd be rather strange if she stayed the same seize, right now, she was about half the seize of her mother, but lately, she was less and less around her mother, and was more out to play with other kids she found around where they lived. When they had arrived here, she had been hurt, yes, rather badly, but of course all that remained from that were simple scars places over her body, some times a bit itchy still, but that didn't matter at all, after all, she was more then happy that her daughter didn't get hurt that night, after all, she was all she had, well, maybe that wasn't true... She had mad a few friends in here, and she could rely on them, and especially the one who had dragged her to her new home, where she had lived all these years already, it was her home now, and she already knewabout half of her surroundings simply out of her head, every time it slightly changed because there was no sun, the tree's didn't simply die and grow up again, no, they needed to share their power to keep everything living here, and once their population was large enough, they would strike back and reclaim the world, but just.. Were did the purple legend go?.. Did he simply leave the earth to let it go on its own? The world wouldn't survive like that, would it? No, the world now was dead in almost every way, and this place seemed to be the only one left with living creature's that weren't like those outside roaring for food, but luckily, this female was save inside, and so was her daughter. But where she was, she had no idea, now, she was just laying in her cave, dug inside of a quite large mountain, with everlasting snow on the peek, but the show wasn't white, since there was no sun, the crimson sky reflected on the pure snow, making it look as if it was blood. Shy just laid there thinking about everthing that was going on and had went by in the past years, sure she had enjoyed it here, but there was nowhere else to go, and earlier, she was someone who loved to travel, but now, she was stuck in here, but yea, it was here, or dead.... She just wondered... Where was her daughter Rain at?...
--------
The black with red dragoness giggled out loud as she ran between the tree's, looking around her where her friend had gone. "You'll never catch me!" She heard from far before her. "Oh yes I will!" She said back in a rather squeeky, happy tone as she ran forward, her tail softly swaying in the wind. This was Rain, a small black dragoness with red spots and red inner wings, she keeping to laugh softly as she kept running, her small, black paws flattening the grass beneath them, her eyes being playfull, yet wild. There was no wind, of course there wasn't, and all she could hear was her own footsteps on the grass beneath her, no other noise at all. "Where are you?.." She said out loud as she came to a stop, looking around her. No reply came, and it seemed she was all alone, when suddenly... "Boo!" Came from behind her, and with a small gasp, she jumped up, and turned around instantly as she came down onto the earth, with a rather scared look on her face. The male dragon laughed out as he saw her expression, and rolled over onto his back still laughing. "Not funny Cuddle!" She said having a rather annoyed look in her gaze, but he didn't listen and kept laughing, trying to say something while laughing. "Y-..You should've seen your face!" He exclaimed while laughing, she simply couldn't resist but to stop her looking to turn into laughter as well. "Oh you -...!" She said while she jumped onto him rather into a huggling position with laughter, and after a few minutes of laughing, she crawled off of him, now, sitting down, him having tears in his eyes of the laughter they just had. "Tag!" She said as she poked him with one of her claws directly dashing off. "Hey! That's no fair!" He said as he got up and went after her.
--------
Heroud, the large green scaled dragon flew up into the cave which belonged to Shy and her daughter, carrying something with him as he entered, seeing her laying on the ground he hesistated for a moment but then entered. "Morning Shy!" He said towards the dark blue scaled dragoness which now looked up to him, yawning softly with her maw opened wide. "Morning..." She replied in a rather lazy tone as she raised her head up towards him who ust dropped something almost in front of her. "Slept well?" The larger male asked while sitting down looking down onto the dragoness with his deep brown eyes. "Yea.." She replied in her lazy tone still, getting herself into a sitting position as well, wrapping her tail around her front paws looking up to him with her rather stunning red eyes, having an innocent yet sleepy gaze resting on his fully fit ones, not showing anything else but being ready for simply anything, heh, after all he looked strong as well, a strong, quite handsome green dragon with brown eyes, heh, what female wouldn't want a stunning male like him? Well, the answer was simple, she... Sure she loved him as a friend, but.. She just couldn't love anyone again... No, Drake and her other cubs had ripped off too much of her heart so that there was nothing left for others at all, of course she loved Rain with all her heart, and she'd give everything up for her, but Heroud.. No matter how much she did like him, and no matter how much he loved her, she just couldn't accept him as something like a /mate/... "Seems like you brought me something." She said a rather surprised look in her crimson eyes as she looked up at him. "Well.. Yes I did!" He said a soft smile on his face as he gazed down on her. "Thank you.. I guess.." She said, looking down or a moment not really knowing what to say at all. "My pleasure..." He replied a rather pleased tone in his voice as he still smiled down at her. For a moment, there was silence them both probably not knowing what to say at all, but it didn't really matter, silence was good at its times. But them, Heroud broke the silence. "So.. Where's Rain?" He asked, looking down at her once again. She didn't reply for a moment, but then looked up to him again. "I have no idea actually, she'll be back sooner or later though, I'm sure..." She said, he just simply making a nod with his head as he gazed outside now, comparing the crimson sky to her eyes, and at times, they looked just the same, but they actually did not, hers were a bit deeper and of a more ruby like colour, which, to him, was beautful in his own way of thinking. "I see.. She sure is a playful type.." He said, hoping he'd complitment by saying that. Shy nodded and smiled softly. "Yea, she sure is, and I love her for that." She simply replied a happy, yet sad look on her face as she looked down to the ground once again. "So... I guess I'll leave you for now.." He said, and turned around to jump out of the cave, and with a simple nod, she watched him go and made the elk he brought with him hers.
---------
Simply nothing had happened since they had came here, everything seemed at peace, luckily she didn't have to help because her element was ice, something they didn't really need, but her daughter... What element would hers be? She had no idea, but that'd come later, she should have a happy childhood for now, after all, training could come later, they had great life spawns and even if she learned how to use her element at her age, it didn't mean anything, luckily, Shy already somewhat was experienced with ice, so if her element happened to be ice as well, it'd e easy to teach her, but she doubted that, after all, she took on her fathers form, and his element... Was fear, but it was never too late to hope on her element, after all.. Her father had passed away just with her siblings, but she didn't need to know that, not yet... When she was mature enough to take it, she'd tell her, but for now, she wouldn't really tell anything just yet, she didn't need to know. She had left something for when Rain would get home, after al, she was a little eater right there... And yea, just after she thought that, a small dragoness and another dragon came into the cave, their small wings defiantly strong enough to carry them to this height. "Mommom!" Was the first thing that came from the small black with red dragoness, a rather happy expression on her face as she looked up to her mother. "Oh, Rain, I see you've taken Cuddle with you againg!" She said looking down onto the smaller male which seemed to be happy as he gazed at Rain, she, looking up at her mother with yet another soft expression. "Yes! You don't mind.. Do you?.." She asked rather unsure and saddened. A simple grin appeared on her face as she gazed down at the black dragoness covered in red dots. "Of course not, but now you have to share with Cuddle, of course, If you don't mind a bite that is." She said, mainly looking at the small, flamed cub, which wasn't directly looking her into the eyes, being a bit shy. "Y-..Yes please..." He said quietly, which made her laugh just softly and warm hearted towards the small cub, them both probably going to enjoy some flesh too, after all, it was good for them, made them grow up more easily.
Even through she had always felt save in here, there was something bothering her, yes, ever since she arrived.. The amount of female's seen was... Zero.... Was it true that there were barely to no female's here? That wouldn't be a good thing because.. Yea, you probably know what I mean, no female's ment defiantly no future, and the earth already seemed more then doomed... She sighed softly and shook her head, if there were no female's she'd defiantly be one of the first to tell, unless none of the males knew her, well, either of those didn't matter, after all, she was nicely seated where she was now, and she would defiantly not get into anything... Yet... After all, the world wasn't counting on her now was it? A soft sigh esteamed from the female's maw as she looked down at these little two, yea, she could call them the 'next' generation, after all, she was her child... Her only child at that... But no! She should really stop thinking like that... After all.. Drake died protecting her... And she could save one of their cubs... Yea, they all entrusted their lives onto both of them, and she'd give it all to her.. Yes, her time would come, and if not soon, it would come later, and for now, she'd simply give her the best childhood she could get right now, and she'd make sure to train her into her element later, whatever it was, it must be special, she was sure... But thinking of her childhood, actually made her think about something else... The past...
