Pack Preference?

So, I wanted to create a new character, to jump-start myself out of in-activeness, so I could do a heavy dose of role-playing and such.

But here's the big question: Where do I put him/her?

I'm looking for a place where I could easily find an RP partner, but I'm avoiding Arnlan because last I was here, there were too many people. xDD I'm kinda lookin' for a cozy medium. :3 I have a few ideas for characters, (one being a dark and thoughtful, hates-everyone young male wolf by the name of Phantom, the other being for a quiet, mute female black retriever named Rain) but even if I made the character, where am I to put them? XD

Any ideas?

Phantom sounds like he'd be best for Sallin. Or he could be a loner, since he hates everyone.

Rain seems like the type for quiet, calm Synl. Wes wouldn't be able to know what to do with her, since he can't see to understand her. :/ Then there's the port, which is completely vacant.

Has Synl gone up in activeness since I was last here? xD Besides, Shan's already there. It would be pretty interesting to place her in a human-related place, since she is a dog.

It's been DEAD since you left. And I mean dead. Because I also killed off ALL my characters. Every. Last. One. The port would be good for a retriever. Labrador? I'm guessing?
