PERSONALITY
In Depth: Having his mother stolen from him has scared Kuruk for life. He believes that NightBlood must be avenged and will do anything to make sure this happens. Because of this, he is mostly serious and irritable. His mother is never far from thought and he does all he can to weasel in on the war plans against Sallin. He's very stand-offish on a good day and is often found alone brooding over his fight tactics against NightShade somewhere in the dark areas of Arnlan or consorting with his closest friends.

Kuruk was the hardest hit by NightBlood's death, being there in her final moments. He was given her necklace and now protects it with his life. He is almost always training and is never left alone while he does so. Each and every one of his siblings knows that if he could, he would work himself to death as he attempts to build himself up in muscle tone and skill level. He is obsessed over killing NightShade and will attack anyone who gets in his way on the day the war finally starts.
