PERSONALITY
Past Personality: NightBlood has never been the kind of girl to sit back and watch the men do all the work. She is strong and independent, but doesn't mind the few wolves who actually work up the nerve to talk to her once in a while. She can be a wall flower at times, but isn't afraid to get down to business, even if it means getting dirty. She's a hard worker, even though it might take some time to see that side of her since she enjoys laying around and sleeping more than breathing. Be warned, though. She may look like a big teddy bear, but she's naturally fierce.
Current Personality: More calculating than before, NightBlood is attempting to be a bit more caring than she had been. She thinks before she speaks and holds elders in high regard. She doesn't necessarily think about other feelings unless they are her friends', more like she thinks about what she can do and whether or not she can take a fight at that moment. She's still a hard worker, but values time spent with friends.
Likes: Howling, Sparring, Wrestling, Playing in Snow, Mud, and Fall Leaves
Dislikes: Young Pups, Arrogance, and Ignorance
Fears: A pack member dieing when she could have done something about it.
Annoyances: Individuals who persist on being annoying just to get attention, those who think they are better than everyone else, and vain individuals.
Habits: Likes to head butt friends when she's in a playful mood, biting water while drinking.
Talents: Oddly enough, NightBlood can not only sing, but can change her voice.
Accent: American
Voice: [url=Vitani
Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual
Quotes: "If I see your sorry tail again, I'll have it on display in my den. Got me?!"

Story
The circumstances of NightBlood's birth were not ideal. The famine that Draviria was facing took it's tole on her mother's body, putting all the energy it had to create just one healthy pup. Shortly after birthing, BayRun passed away, leaving NightBlood in the care of her uncle, RogueBane, and his mate, StarFall, while BrokeBone was working. She soon had a playmate, for only a few days later, StarFall gave birth to NightBlood's cousin, ShadeBlood, named for his uncanny resemblance to Night.
Only a week after her birth, the Alpha revealed that NightBlood was to be the heir, taking BrokeBone's place when he died. Training commenced at the end of her first month of life. Her father taught her to climb, swim, hunt, fight, and kill, determined to raise her as a Leader who would not hesitate to fight at first chance.
Night and ShadeBlood would come to be inseparable, and with their insane resemblance to each other, hardly anyone could tell them apart from a distance. Although NightBlood was constantly undergoing training from her father, Shade would almost always find himself tagging along, despite the obvious disapproval of both fathers.
When Night wasn't training, she and Shade would always be off on some crazy adventure together. The two were as close as brother and sister, and that's how they were raised.
It was at three months of age when Night received her first warning. Her grandfather was found broken and bleeding as he lay on a fallen log. He was presumed dead and, despite the elder females' disapproval, NightBlood was permitted to see him alone. Much to her surprise, RibCage opened his eyes and began speaking urgently. He advised her to leave as soon as possible, but died before he could give the reason, and his words were soon forgotten.
NightBlood would be reminded of her grandfather's death before her fourth month was over. As snow covered the land, RogueBane watched his niece as she trained in the freezing lake. Later that same day, he was seen limping into a cave. NightBlood followed him in hopes of finding out who had attacked him. Her world stopped when the attacker's name was revealed: BrokeBone. RogueBane had gone to complain about the severity of NightBlood's training. As punishment, Rogue had been removed of his left front leg.
Less than two months later, BrokeBone and every member the High Council were assassinated. The pack was split in to. One side supported NightBlood as the new Alpha, the other side, believing that viciousness and ferosity were genetic, supported a favored adult pair: IceBreak and StormShade. As the meeting was held to decide the new leader or leaders, an older pup came forward to challenge NightBlood. sensing his goal to fight, the heir defended her honor in the only way she new: Attack. When it was over, one pup was almost dead, and the other exiled.
Blood spent many nights alone and cold. She found herself split inside. Half of her wished for the comfort only a pack could give. The other half remembered the hazards of living with others and the eventual treachery that would consume them. So she stayed away from pack borders, but that didn't stop loners from coming to her for a fight. Because her training had been cut short, and despite said training being more advanced than others', one loner somehow managed to cut deep into her left eye, leaving behind two scars and a sightless optic.
It was just after this incident that NightBlood finally took it upon herself to find a pack. Regardless of her intent on being independent, her injury and lack of proper skill lead her to Arnlan, where she was accepted by Sofika after passing her inspection. Barely a week in Arnlan and she met one of the things that she had grown to hate. A pup woke her from a deep sleep and she had gotten up to discipline it. She had not known that she would eventually name him Snow after she had taught him to speak his first word. She had never learned that his real name was Ziko.
That same night, she was taken from her sleeping quarters by a group of humans. For reasons unknown, they left the pup. They took Blood to a farm not far from the Kloteck area where they beat her and trained her to herd wild horses. An old dog took charge of her training and, reluctantly, she learned from him. He was a tough teacher, but she knew he meant well. Even so, she did not mean to stay. As soon as opportunity arose, she would flee.
While she worked at the ranch, a stray mutt entered the fence line and sent the mustangs into a stampede. The horses did not calm down easily. One clipped her back leg and left a scar and a bruised bone. After getting the herd under control, NightBlood fought and killed the dog, ignoring the pain that caused her to limp. The owners saw this action and praised her for it. They took a fang from the dead dog, put it on a necklace, and put it around her neck.
After this ordeal, the owners took little measure in making sure their wolf did not escape. A week later, NightBlood saw her opportunity to leave. She traversed the land until she found herself back in Kloteck. Not only in Kloteck, but right next to the Arnlan border. Almost immediately, she was re-accepted by Sofika.
Two years passed. She had found love, lost it, and found a new mate in Armageddon. Sallin was bearing down on the land. NightBlood was requested to breed with Anek, a powerful male in the Arnlan. She agreed, knowing that the warriors-to-be would someday save her home from the claws of NightShade. Finally, after giving birth and raising the assigned litter, Armageddon was able to be a father.
Not long after her second litter was born, NightBlood was attacked and nearly killed by NightShade herself. She managed to live on. However, it was not apparent to her loved ones around her. After several hours of grieving, they left NightBlood's body in order to seek out the rest of her loved ones. When they returned, she was gone, vanished into thin air.
In fact, her body had been found by a veterinarian who had been in the forest to do research on the various species of predatory birds. He had nearly stumbled over the 'dead' wolf and then realized that, though her throat had been slashed, it was the vocal chords that had suffered most of the damage. There was, indeed, a cut in her windpipe, but the blood had since drained from that area, allowing her to breath slowly, painfully, but freely still. Her pulse was slow and her skin icy cold to the touch, but she was alive, just barely. The vet patched up her wound enough to be able to move her without damaging her too much, then took her home where he took care of her injuries, stitching and swabbing where needed.
A few days later, NightBlood awoke to see that she was inside a stall in an old barn. She'd been in one of these before and sighed when she realized the situation. There was no collar around her neck, and she soon found out why. She cringed in agony and lay her head back down. Weeks passed without being able to move. It hurt to eat and drink, so she did so sparingly, only eating when she was absolutely starving and even then, only in slow bites with very soft food.
Eventually, her condition improved, though it took some months. She had a whole new set of scars, but she could get around without the weight of the bandages on her. Only a scab remained where the worst of her injuries was, but the vet was still wary of anything heavy touching her neck. So, instead of a collar, he put a string around her neck with a bullet for a pendant. It served as a reminder of what she had gone through.
Having no idea of exactly where she was, NightBlood decided to stay with the old vet for now, acting the part of the old injured dog when he'd take her into various towns where he'd check up on the bigger animals. It wasn't long before he was called to Hallow Village. Catching a familiar scent, NightBlood traveled out to the edge of the village while the vet worked. She soon laid her eye on the grounds of Manor Cemetery, a place she had been to twice before. Wasting no time, she bounded out of the little town and ran as quick as she could across the graveyard. She avoided the Sallinian territory and left a wide gap between it and herself as she traveled directly toward Arnlan.
It was dawn when she arrived at the border, but NightBlood couldn't find the courage to cross it. For some reason, she dreaded what could happen if she really did return. How had things changed? Would her children even recognize her? How bad, exactly, was the threat of Sallin nowadays? Had they attacked yet? And worst of all- would her children think ill of her for being gone for so long?
She opted to wait until dusk. NightBlood shied away from the border and found a small intention of earth between the roots of a tree. She layed there to rest, worrying about how this would all play out and if she'd be found before she was ready to meet her old friends again. Eventually, sleep found its way to her and she dreamed about seeing her children and her mate again. She woke to a cold, dark night, her favorite kind. Taking this as a good sign, she approached the border.

THEME SONG
Disturbed- Decadence
Ah-ah-ow!
Say! yes, they know that you've hurt yourself another time.
Don't they know that you're full of pain already?
Yes, they know that you've hurt yourself another time.
Decadence isn't easy, is it?
Yes, they know that you've hurt yourself another time.
Don't they know that you're full of pain already?
Yes, they know that you've hurt yourself another time.
Decadence isn't easy.
Then you slowly recall all your mind.
Why, your soul's gone cold, and all hope has run dry.
Dead inside,
Never enough to forget that you're one of the lonely.
Slowly recall all your mind.
Say! yes, they know that you've hurt yourself another time.
Then you slowly recall all your mind
Why, your soul's gone cold, and all hope has run dry
Dead inside.
Never enough to forget that you're one of the lonely
Slowly recall all your mind.
If I scare you now,
Don't run from me.
I've been hiding my pain, you see.
Tell if I scare you now,
Don't run from me.
I've been hiding my pain, you see.
Slowly recall all your mind.
Why, your soul's gone cold, and all hope has run dry.
Dead inside,
Never enough to forget that you're one of the lonely.
Slowly recall all your mind.
You slowly recall all your mind.
Say! yes, they know that you've hurt yourself another time.
Don't they know that you're full of pain already?
Yes, they know that you've hurt yourself another time.
Decadence isn't easy is it?
Godsmack - Re-Align
Decisions made from desperation
No way to go
Internal instincts craving isolation
For me to grow
My fears come alive
In this place where I once died
Demons dreaming
Knowing I...I just needed to realign
Fell in a river of illusion
And apathy
Drowning in a self-induced confusion
I'd rather be
Yeah!
My fears come alive
In this place where I once died
Demons dreaming
Knowing I...I just needed to realign
My fears come alive
In this place where I once died
Demons dreaming
Knowing I...I just needed to realign
Yeah!
My fears come alive
In this place where I once died
Demons dreaming
Knowing I...I just needed to realign
My fears come alive
In this place where I once died
Demons dreaming
Knowing I...I just needed to realign
Yeah!
