Story: Otto was born in a barn in England. He was trained to be a guard dog for a local business man who provided ale for the towns people. Each day he would protect the horses and the ale from being stolen as they ran their rout from one town to the next.
It wasn't long before his travles took him to a foreign land where he met his mate. Mariana was the watch dog who belonged to a sheep herder. It wasn't long before she gave birth to Shaye. Since the pair were not of the same breed, it was unknown as to how many pups would be in the litter. Thankfully, Shaye was a strong and healthy pup. The herder, having no time to train the pup, gave her to Otto's owner.
Unfortunatly, Otto and Mariana had to separate. Not long after Otto was back in his home town, he recieved word that Mariana had been attacked by a ram and killed. The Dalmation convinced himself that, had he been there, Mariana would still be alive, so he vowed to protect Shaye until he died.
