Naw, 'tis free to open a shop and put images on products:). They don't charge you unless you yourself are buying the product.

Mmm, I think those are the base prices that you are seeing (the base price is how much the store charges customers when they buy one of your products). You can add to the base price if you would like to make money off of the products, otherwise all the money goes to CafePress when you sell something.
