Night began to descend on the Manor Cemetary, the black crows cawing and shadows growing. It may have been a cemetary, but it could be quite lively when the sun goes down. Night time predators were out stalking their sleeping prey, and even some of the prey were hunting their own meals at night, such as insects. Insects never seemed to sleep. Every now and then the hoot of an owl would break the night, and the snap of a twig put all at the ready. But exactly what creatures roamed the cemetary at night?
Autumn could smell a rabbit on the other side of a gravestone. Growing up here, she had perfected the ways one could hunt in a scene like this. Minor noises spooked anything, even the predators. A twig snapped and the rabbit ran to the other side of a smaller gravestone, the one she was hiding behind. Silently, the gray wolfess, who wasn't gray at all, made a leap almost directly above where she was, land on the rabbit on the side and breaking the neck as her outstretched paws crushed it on the landing. Quick and easy, as always.
The brown wolfess picked up her meal and jumped onto an almost flat stone table, where a man was sealed within rather than buried in the ground. Quietly, Autumn began to eat her meal.

The paws of another hit the ground as gently as the halfbreed could make them. Even harder now that the hoot of the owl sent his heart racing. The idea of a stroll of a silent stroll in the cemetary seemed so much more appeling, when the sun was up. "I just had to wait a bit longer." his voice seemed a little ruff and ragged, as though it had never been used before.
Yet decects attention was dragged else wear as the sent of a kill and another canine filled his nostrals. almost idmediatly he shut his mouth and slently waddled the the shadows of a tombstone. Extreamly weary of what was to come.

Off in the distance a grey streak rushed past several tombstones in chase of a small brown rabbit. This streak was infact another Canine. He was quick on the rabbit's heels and was about to lunge at it with his k-9's ready for penetration when a familiar scent came to him. He stopped and looked around, His ears were perked and his nose held high.
Although his ears were perked you could only see one that was, the other had been violently torn almost to the base when he was younger. Now stopped one could see that this grey blur was actually a mix-colored Canine. His scent was that of a domestic but also the musky scent of a wolf. He was indeed a hybrid wolf.
He sniffed the air several times, picking out different scents in his mind and finally finding the one that smelt of another hybrid. He looked in Defect's general direction and narrowed his eyes. He did not seem to be looking directly at defect for one of his eyes were a cloudy ice blue. THe one with a scar over it had been blinded in battle.
He gently padded over to where he could now make out the brown colored hybrid.
" You seem scared, are you okay?"
Kal's voice was calm and soothing, yet deep and mysterious. His royal blue eyes were scanning the other. He was reletivly large and lanky. His multi-colored fur made him almost apear like a ghost in the dim moonlight.

Autumn was half-way done with her kill when a couple of new scents and sounds floated up to her as she lay on the stone grave. Emerald eyes flashed in the moonlight as her head rose up from her kill, a few drips of crimson liquid staining the grave. Her audits swiveled as much as they could for a better listen as her nose worked with the smells. It sounded like someone had been hunting in the cemetary, but then suddenly stopped. There were two creatures that were not prey here, she was no longer alone.
Quietly she stood and leapt off the grave, leaving the rabbit behind. Her brown tri-colored fur wasn't a very big help for blending in her surroundings, but when their were tombstones of all shapes and sizes to hide behind, it wasn't that much of a big deal. Her gray wolf frame was close to the ground as she followed the scents of the two newcomers, they smelled like a mix of dog and wolf. Hybrids.
"You seem scared, are you okay?"
The voice sounded like it was trying to sooth the other hybrid, who looked a little scared to be here at night. Autumn stood to her full 3 foot haight at the shoulder and stepped over a small tombstone, her form seeming to come together from the low clouds that made up the mist. "What's there to be afraid of in the cemetary? Scared the dead may rise again?"
Autumns voice had a beautifull but haunting air to it when she spoke, a voice that sent chills up ones spine but you never wanted to stop listening to her speak. Perfect for a cemetary life. But even though it had a haunting air to it, her voice was still warm and kind, like her personality. "Other than the humans, the only thing in this cemetary that would hurt you is myself, and you need not fear that." She said as she walked around the hybrids. She was taller than the both of them, but that was probably because she was all wolf and they were about half.

Defect alomost jump from the ground as the two spoke to him. To awnser the other hybrids first question he gave an unsteady nodd. He took a deep breath as he tried to hold his shivering body still. "Uh... Yeah that might be... true." He muttered so low that it could just go unheared. The wolf dog pulled his ears back shyly trying not to look like a threat.
He took another deep breath trying to keep himself standing up.

Kal took notice of the sepia colored grey wolf. He felt that she was not a threat, but played herself up to be one. He gave a witty smile at her then looked back at the cowering hybrid. "The name's Kalsyfer, but you can call me Kal if ya want." THe scarred mix's voice was soothing and somewhat playful to the ears. There was just something about him that was nonthreating and easy to feel good around, besides his looks anyhow.
He sniffed the air lightly as he looked over his shoulder and around the mysterious and somewhat chilling surroundings. His battle wounds did not slow him down, although they were quite visible, a missing ear, a blind eye, scars over his torso. Anyone could mistake him for a complete agressive kind of canine; but in actuality, he is quite the opposite.

The gray wolfess nodded to Kalsyfer. "Greetings Kalsyfer. My name is Autumn. What might your name be?" The multi-hued female sat on her brown haunches, calm as could be as she looked at the other hybrid, Defect. This Kalsyfer sounded like a decent fellow, not one to cause unprovoked harm to another. "And what might the two of you be doing in the Manor Cemetary after dark on your own?"
A whisp of chilling air brushed past, ruffling her neck and throat fur. She didn't know why, but she was the only one in her family with this physical difference. It came in handy, her neck didn't get cold that often and it was harder to bet a good grip on her throat if she was in a fight, even if she had only taken part in play fights as a whelp. But, it was also the hardest thing to keep clean and free from pesky knots and burs.

"De... Defect" the hybrid said quickly in his quite tone. He paused for a long moment before countinueing, "It's... a pleasure... to meet you both..." Defects muttering suddenly became lower, as he placed his head low in a politeful bow.
He looked around. 'Oh yeah, the cemetary..' Defect had almost forgotting where he was, "I... I th..thought it make a nice... walk..." He said in his mubling voice as it became even softer. Defects face showed a bit of discomfert as his throught tingled from the disuse. His ears took thier normal postion on the top of his head. 'It seemed like a good idea... when the sun was up' He scolded himself for wandering on unformilure territory so late.

Kal took note of the female and answered her question politely, his voice calm yet reliable. His tail swayed from side to side out of sheer boredom. His ears were moving around to catch any other sound besides the ones the other two were making.
"Its a pleasure to meet both of you as well, and as for being in the cemetary. Unusually, the prey here is rather fat and very scrumptious."
He smiled to the both of them as he looked around over his shoulder to the sound of a small mouse near a large tombstone. ((sorry its so short >.< writters block))
