Laufey was a curious critter, the gray fox taking to the new area with ease. Ah yes, he could grow to like it here, that's if the wolves didn't have a tantrum. Wolves are something, mean and big they are, but down right dumb and easily fooled.
Throw one of those critters a bone and they'll be your best friend. How easily bought and sold.
Laufey continued to wander about, jumping and dashing from tree to tree, playing in the leaves. He was making as much noise as he could, being in the wolves territory without sayin 'Ello' just wasn't proper. Though no respectable fox is just going to bellow out some howling noise to get a wolf's attention. If they like their territory well enough they will investigate any noise they hear. Right? Right.
"I know those blokes are 'round here somewhere." He says out loud, there was nothing wrong with talking to yourself. "Maybe an insult might get their attention, of course that might just get meh in their stomachs." He dropped onto the ground and rolled on his back on the leaves. "Decision's are 'arder on an empty stomach of meh own."

((OOC: *laughs* Reminds me of my Sitiden!))
WEEE!!
*Little Scratch frolicked through the leaves. It was his first fall, and in his little puppy opinion, the best! The leaf piles proved to be much fun. With little looks over his shoulder, he made sure no one else was following. He TECHNICALLY wasn’t breaking rules. NO one had told him specificly TODAY not to leave the den area, so he had a flimsy loop hole.*
Wha?
*The little wolfdog stiffened, ears erect and nose twitching. What was that smell? It was most defiantly not wolf, and it was not dog. NO dog was allowed in here. But it was something…with a furrowed brow of puppy concentration, Scratch put his nose to the leaves and followed the scent.*

Laufey continued to roll on his back. His ears perked when her head something approach. He laid still and looked around. "Eh? Whose thar?" He asked out loud. He wiggled his nose to catch the scent on the breeze, it was a wolf. Hooray, he did it! Now if he can just see the bloke.
"Eh! I can smell ya!. Where ya be hidin'? Aint vary polite to be hidin' on folks?" He flipped over on his back and stood up, shaking the leaves and other debris off his gray-blue coat. "No worries mate, I dun bite!" Oy, where was this bloke. He starts walking towards the scent, the wolf should be around here somewhere.

Hmm?
*Scratch lifted his head. He definitely heard something. He paused a moment, considering what happened LAST time he went trailing an unfamiliar scent. A muzzle filled with quills, that’s what. But not today. Perhaps Scratch could prove himself. He COULD be a ‘wolf’ of Sallin! With a little woofle, he continued forward…*
*There is was! He had found the…wait…what WAS that? Scratch cocked his head at the blue grey figure walking towards him. The pup was quite sure it wasn’t a wolf, to small. Not a pup, didn’t smell like a wolf…but it was…something…With a little surge of puppy pride, he stepped forward, ears pricked and tail high. He had caught this intruder before anyone else! With a ferocious puppy yap, he smiled coyly at the fox*
You! What are you doing in Sallin?
*Scratch wasn’t normally rude or demanding. It was just what he heard all the other adults to in this situation. His fluffy tail began to wave like a banner*

A pup? Oh boy. Since when do the wolves let pups be incharge of patrol? Well on the bright side, this was going to be easy. The fox, trotted up to Scratch, a smirk on his muzzle. "Why, ello' there mate." Laufey bows his head and bends a knee slightly. "Laufey at yer services." He stands, his ears perked straight up. This young pup had allot of spunk and the way he smiled made Laufey think that, this lil wolf had no idea what Laufey was.
"Poor lil bloke didt' know whut he was in fer." He thought to himself.
Laufey started circling the pup while sniffing him. "Oy, ya sure are a youngin' aren'tcha?" He crinkled his nose and shook his head. "I was kinda hopin fer one of em bigga blokes." He pauses for a moment and chuckles a little. "Unless this is all Sallin hasta affer. If that's the case, I ain't to fittin' ta play den mutha." He shrugs his shoulders and smirks, his tail flickers from side to side.
"Whut's yer name pup?" He asks with little worry about the pup eating him.

*Scratch cocked his head at an unholy angle as the thing talked to him. Such a funny voice…but maybe that’s how all these things…whatever they were, talked. It showed it’s respect with a little bow, which set the pup’s heart jumping! When had Scratch EVER been showed respect! His smile widened and his eyes turned more mischievous. Anyone who saw him now would KNOW he had been spending to much time with Rat. But then the little thing began to circle him. The pup was bigger than the fox, but it still unnerved him a little. As he spoke, it was a little difficult to pick up just what Laufey was saying, but he got the jist of it.*
Scratch. My name is Scratch.
*His feet dug into the ground. He HAD an intruder. He just didn’t know what to do. His black backed tail still wagged high.*
You wanna see the big wolves. Laufey? *Scratch thought his might be a good idea…they would know what to do* I-I can take you there…
*Scratch took a side step to the direction he came. He was a little tentative, of course. By bringing the indruder, he would be openly admitting he wandered off again. But also…the little twinkle returned to his eyes for a split second. This just might be the way to prove himself to the wolves.*
