As Nuka knows, I'm drawing her character Train for some sort of art trade...or something. BUT, I'm gonna use this to just show off a work in progress sort of thing.
Working in steps to make Squeeji art...with the paints and pencils!
1. This is the presketch, its nothing but skeleton lines, anatomy lines, mistakes and the tiniest bit of shading to figure out where markings lie. There is some rudimentary facial expressions and some features too.
The other Scan
2. This is the preinking/finished sketch. If I were not going to color it. It'll look like this. Its shaded, its cleaned up. It's got details...A lot of my art doesn't go past this. But I can fix it easily in this stage, like I just noticed that Train's eyes are too dark. But when I go to ink this...I can just clean it out some.
3. This is the inking, so I don't loose the lines while I paint...thicker lines on the outside, thinner for details.
