I was semi-referencing Skye's ref sheet to help me to improve my style, and this came out. I named him Fletch, and I think he'd make a fairly funky male interest for Skye, no?

I know that this is a blatant rip of Kahvie's style and I would never claim it to be my own, I'm just using it to try and improve.

Awesome character, Firedance! His markings are awesome. Heh, I'm trying to imagine Skye with a mate, but considering her personality, it would be a bit hard for any potential caller to put up with herXD.

Plllt, is not! I'm not all big on the whole "OMG, its my styyyyle, its copyright memmeme!" thing, since you can't completely emulate one set style anyway . Also, if you look at my older work, you can tell that I myself used to try and emulate the style of my favorite artist, so I'm sure I still have a certain look to my style that reminds people of her awesome work (hopefully not so much as it used to).

Hm, I don't know whether I'll make a whole character out of Fletch or not, I can't seem to keep up with the RPs I'm doing already. I could put him up for adoption and let people create a character out of him, but then people aren't really that crazy about the adoption place here anyway, so he might just stay as a pretty picture.

Kahvie, I'm glad you're not upset about me giving your style a try. Spocha is an amazing artist, and I did notice that your older work has a similar feel to it, but now I think your work shows a style all of your own.
