Personality: Noah is... complicated. He's a little shy and submissive, but he has one hell of a sharp mind. In his head, he can be extremly sarcastic and very intelegent, but he lacks the nerve to say anything right out. However, don't be fooled, he's no whimp, he's just smart and doesn't like confrontation. Obviously, he's not a fighter, but he's an excelent judge of character and doesn't sugar coat. Noah also... ah... has a TV in his head.

Let me explain! Noah has a state of mind refered to as 'the tv' (which pretty much IS a tv) that he escapes too when daydreaming. Some people have hallways, some have warehouses, Noah has a TV. In this mind tv plays random movies/ tv shows and memories that relate to whats happening around him. It's not an ACTUAL TV, he doens't have wires sticking out of his head.
Appearence: Noah looks weird. He's spotted, has red 'hair', and circles around his eyes, wears a lightblue scarf and sometimes a hat (like the one in this image www.deviantart.com/deviation/22795049/?qo=28&q=by%3Askippykangaroo&qh=sort%3Atime+-in%3Ascraps 'if anyone knows what these hats are called, lemme know so I can use a better ref?) and is pretty scruffy. However, he's not wirey, he's fairly soft. And yes, he has freckles on his face: 3 on each cheek and 3 on the bridge of his nose.
History:
o Was born on a farm in ireland
o Decided at 6 months that he was going to be continuously ignored by his parents and that his siblings bothered the hell out of him
o At 7 months, when things did not change, he left home without protest from anyone
o He travled for about 2 months before he was loosely adopted by a man and his little daughter
o When his family moved away, they were unable to take Noah and left him behind to, once again, fend for himself
o Stowed away on a cargo ship headed for sweeden
o Ended up in Rakine Port
o Stole food for a while before he heard rumors of the rebel dog pack in Synl, after which, not knowing what else to do, he went in search of
