After her final howl to the alphas, Anna had made quickly out of Synl, knowing that the young messenger would have little reason not to keep up. As they got closer to the lights of the village the corgi slowed down to a creep.
The Greeter smiled, sniffing carefully to make sure there were no other dogs near by, she didn't want to get ratted out by some village guard dog. "Stay close." Anna was alert, her big radar like ears moving in all directions independent of one another.
Perhaps other Synl members had followed, but she wouldn't know until she heard them. Anna turned to the younger female. "Have you ever been on a raid?" Her voice was a hiss, she wanted to know what she had to explain.

Danny's mouth was getting dry, partly through fatigue and partly due to apprehension of what would soon happen. He'd sprinted all this way to catch up with Anna and Katt, and was starting to wonder whether it had even been a good idea in the first place. Then again, he'd secretly been hoping for some excitement in his life for a while now.
As Danny approached the other two, he realised his panting was creating a rather conspicuous noise which would allow the dogs here to hear him. I've been here before. What if Paradigh and Wesley remember me? he thought to himself. Trying his best to suppress his deep breathing, he whispered to Anna.
'Anna? I.. I'm worried. What if we, you know.. what if they, er, attack us?'

Anna looked at Katt and Danny, two pretty young dogs, she almost felt guilty about pulling them out this far from home. She made a slight humming sound and peeked over her hiding spot.
"To be honest Danny, if we get attacked, we run, or we fight. Those are the only two options, depending on the situation I can't tell you which one to pick." It probably didn't alleviate any of the sheltie's fears but the corgi was an honest one, sometimes, a bit too honest. "But lets not think about that, it won't be a problem if things go smoothly."
She smiled and nodded. "We'll be fine, I'll just wait in case others are coming, then, we'll head out."

Anna's reply did little to lift Danny's spirits. He'd never been a good fighter, usually going out of his way to avoid conflict in the first place. At that moment he incredibly small and scrawny, even more so than he did normally. But then he looked over at Anna and noticed that to corgi wasn't much bigger than he was, and she wasn't trembling like he was.
I must be fearless- a true credit to Synl. Danny's inner pep-talk was aimed at boosting his confidence, but instead just made him feel even smaller and weaker.
Anna's smile gave Danny a little more warmness inside, and he felt in safe hands.
'Okay, Anna. I'll try my best.'

((lols I didn't see this... XD I'm going to be gone for the rest of the week.. maybe a little longer... so if I don't reply go on without me, but remember Katt's there, I guess she'll have fallen really quiet.))
"Have you ever been on a raid?" Anna asked her, Katt looked up with slight surprise. Her lips rounded so she could say 'no', but Danny finally caught up. Well she wasn't annoyed with the fact that he was behind, they did have a pretty long head start. Katt had almost worried that they might loose him.
'Anna? I.. I'm worried. What if we, you know.. what if they, er, attack us?' Katt closed her mouth as Danny expressed a concern, she didn't see any reason why they should. Don't they often have dogs coming and going. . . like Synl. Which was something that she now feared, a spy could easily get in with the amount of dogs coming and going....
"To be honest Danny, if we get attacked, we run, or we fight. Those are the only two options, depending on the situation I can't tell you which one to pick." Anna's reply didn't sound very pleasant. But raiding a town wasn't supposed to be a walk in the park. Should Katt have really come? "But lets not think about that, it won't be a problem if things go smoothly. . . . . . We'll be fine, I'll just wait in case others are coming, then, we'll head out."
'Okay, Anna. I'll try my best.' Danny concluded.
A cool breeze swept through, ruffling their fur, Katt felt the rope tugging at her neck.
"And don't worry about me." she tried to sound as if she'd done it a million times.

How dare they start a raid without me? Really, they couldn't even wait ten seconds! I oughta...
The Beav stopped his inner rantings just as he crept behind the group. Behind Danny, at least. Far behind Danny, making sure he wasn't spotted at once. Why did he bother? He was Alpha of Synl...as was-
At once he looked around, wondering if Kahvie was around. Hadn't she been invited too? Not like raids were 'invited' per se. He shrugged. She'd come, most likely, if he knew her. For now, what did he have to worry? Life was getting back to the fun old raids!
He caught up with Danny, Anna, and Katt with a few bounds, grinning at them all. What were they WAITING for?!
"Come on, guys! Are we gonna pull this or not? And Danny, should anything happen..." He paused suspensfully, looking at the other dog for a moment with a serious frown before grinning wickedly. "Watch out for butcher knives."

The older corgi shot a harsh look at Sonny, Alpha or no, his loud yapping would alert the Village to their presence, and loose them the benefit of surprise. "Shush." She snipped, her breed wasn't known for its mellow or pleasant disposition. she looked over. "I was -wondering- when you two would come? Wasn't a howl good enough?"
Generally Anna liked the Alphas, Sonny especially, but with these many green thieves, it would be dangerous to go about this nonchalantly, without a plan. Right now she wanted to nip the smile right off that grinning Borzoi's long face. "We can't just run out there and do what ever...these two have never raided before, they're like to get hurt if we just run in. And...do I need to remind you...there are more of -them- than -us-..." Anna's large ears were pinned to the back of her head, the greeter was slightly irked.
"I'm thinking maybe someone with better eyesight should keep look out, while we pick a target." though the butcher was the obvious choice, the butcher man himself was a certifiable nutjob, and Anna didn't think Katt and Danny could handle that.
"Perhaps we should keep it slow, hit some rubbage bins..."

Danny shuddered at Sonny's mentioning of butchers' knives- in the village where he grew up there had lived a butcher with a terrible disposition and no tolerance for inquisitive shelties, and so the thought of another such encounter was not a pleasant one.
The dog looked at Sonny, noticing that he was the largest of the small group and most probably the fastest runner. But he also knew that Beav was not the brightest of the bunch, or at least had the most common sense.. He gave a slight whimper as he wondered why on earth he had put himself up for this job. Danny consiered volunteering for the role of lookout, but something told him to hold back. Shelties were renowned for having eye problems, and although Danny had none, he was still not the best at these kind of things and had a tendency to let happenings slip past his attention.
Besides, he'd rather stay with another in order to stay safe. Or maybe he was better on his own? That way he'd be able to slip away more easily if things got out of hand. But that wasn't really in pack spirit, was it?
'Rubbish bins sound a good idea, I don't want to raid any houses. Especially ones with dogs in them.' Danny raised his opinion tentatively, he wasn't best known for his self-confidence.

Katt turned her head to see their alpha, Sonny appear bounding toward them. For half a moment she was worried he might make too much noise... but nothing dangerous had popped out of the shadows. "Come on, guys! Are we gonna pull this or not? And Danny, should anything happen..." He paused suspensively, looking at the other dog for a moment with a serious frown before grinning wickedly. "Watch out for butcher knives." Katt knew he was only teasing the dog, but the joke seemed to be pushing even her nerves.
"Shush." Anna snipped, "I was -wondering- when you two would come? Wasn't a howl good enough?" She paused, looking as though she was plotting. Katt knew she was rationalizing the raid, considering the two new thieves into the future event. "We can't just run out there and do what ever... these two have never raided before, they're like to get hurt if we just run in. And... do I need to remind you... there are more of -them- than -us-... . . . . . I'm thinking maybe someone with better eyesight should keep look out, while we pick a target." She paused again. "Perhaps we should keep it slow, hit some rubbage bins..."
'Rubbish bins sound a good idea, I don't want to raid any houses. Especially ones with dogs in them.' Danny jumped in, Katt didn't really want to go digging through the trash, but maybe it was smarter to just go for what the *others* didn't want.
"I hear that they get fish from Rankine Port. . . it's always crowded with people. Maybe that could be an option?" Kisse suggested, then she tilted her head. "Rubbish would be fine for starters."
She didn't want to appear as though she had her mind set on a banquet, not that she did, but the last thing she needed was to annoy every dog on the raid.
(I plan on bringing Enya into this later. . . she's a super nice dog from the Hallow. It'd be interesting to see how she'd react if she found out that they were being raided. X) )

The small alert dwarf dog took a few stiff steps, she didn't know if Sonny would be insulted or not, after all, she scolded him and he was of higher rank, but Anna was a overly cautious creature when it came down to other dogs' health and safety.
"The fish market may be a good place to check, its late, so maybe the day olds have been cast out. " She nodded, her stubby tail stood up as tall as she could manage it, she looked like an ambush could happen any minute now.
"So how do we want to do this? Separate into groups? Perhaps one of you with Sonny and another with myself?" She cocked a brow looking at the three.
