OOC|I too apologize if you wanted to reply Akidu. I can always take back my post if you wanted to say something.
Morimar looked at Joshua intently. It would seem that this canine was concealing more than he knew, but Morimar, for once, knew better than to press the matter and was simply relieved that Josh would eat the fish offered to him. He had known many a dog who would turn their nose up at a piece of fresh fish for far more rank red meat. He snorted in disgust at the thought and turned back to Akidu for a moment. Where had the wolf come from? Had he said? It was suddenly apparent to Morimar that he was tired, but that he wanted to know more about the other two. Slaving all day to try and catch a stupid fish when it was hot was not ideal for one with a thick pelt such as Morimar. Nevertheless, he felt like he had accomplished a great deal.
"How does your leg hold up? Is there any grit that needs cleaning out?" He asked, still hesitantly glancing at Akidu. He still wanted to ask if he knew anything for healing, but felt it to be impertinent when Josh could ask if he needed help. Perhaps if Morimar just changed the focus to the wolf then the question would come about if necessary. "Akidu, from whence did you come?" Morimar asked, trying not to sound demanding, but still sounding like it was a command and not a curious inquiry. He grimaced in a small appeal not to be disheartened by the tone.
Sleep... Morimar shook the thought off. Now was not the time to sleep. he might be willing to chat with two dogs amiably enough today, but sleeping around two was a different matter. Who knows, they might have a secret agenda and attack him in the night. How should he know what customs were done in White Country or where Akidu was from? They could be kind and lull foreigners to peace and suddenly, they were dead. Morimar was not going to die, not tonight anyway.
