Uin searched carefully her surroundings. She watched a few leaves rustle as Ziro passed, she chuckled, from her position she could see a little orange figure running around, she chuckled. She was a bit to fast for the pup. She followed Ziro and heard more rustles. She walked up to a tree and there in a hollow, she could see orange fur. A playful growl escaped her muzzle and she grabbed Ziro gently with her jaws and let him down on the ground, she smiled.
"Found you again!" she said, she smiled at the pup "Now your turn" she said.
She nudged the pup with her muzzle and sprinted a little she stopped and smiled at the pup. She ran through the forest, turning her head every now and then to assure the pup was behind her. She jumped over some bushes and landed into some mud, she giggled and ran toward some bushes and turned her head to see if the pup was still following her.

Levy just shook his head, going weary of the sentry, "I don't know about you, but my mother would have made me live up to the consequences of my actions, even if that meant death." the wolf just seemed to grow weary talking to Nightblood. "At least then...he'd have made peace with the pack...and won't forever look like an escaped traitor."
He spat, as if too say 'Some mother you are' he looked at her teeth with some cool boredom, stepping on boundaries? Well, with him, she all but crapped upon everything he found good or important. the worst thing she could do now was kill him, and it might have been the only honorable kill she had made in regards to helpless youth...he'd at least die a martyr for his friend and not a filthy disappointment.
"I won't allow anyone to fall again. Not on my watch. I'll make sure everyone in Arnlan is safe."
"Safe in Arnlan? Or safe from -you-?"

Ziro began chasing the female at first, but voices soon pulled at his ear. He slowed to a stop and turned to see the other two wolves of their party facing each other. Only a few short bushes concealed him from their view. He knew he shouldn't spy, but he wanted to know what was keeping them from playing. Slowly, he lowered himself to the ground and crept closer so he could get a good view of them. NightBlood seemed angry, but he highly doubted anyone would be attacked... even when Levy spit at her.
NightBlood's ears flattened against her head as she sat down with the remaining dignity she had left. Her lips dropped into a frown as she kept her head low to keep eye contact with Levy. Being spat at by a pack member was like having her teeth pulled out one by one.
"He's old enough to know the consequences of his actions," she said softly, talking about Ziko as if she knew he were still alive. As if that would comfort her. It didn't help much.
"Safe in Arnlan? Or safe from -you-?"
Blood winced at the question, only now remembering the bad luck she's always had with pups. The attacking of a fellow pup in Draviria caused her exile, and now the loss of a pup was the cause of this wolf's malice against her. Spirits help her if she ever became a mother. Her eyes dropped to the ground and focused on her paws. It was as if that question broke right into her very core.
"...both..."
Looking back up at Levy, she put on the expression of all seriousness, determined to settle this matter between them. Pack mates should not have such ill regard for each other.
"I'm sorry about Ziko, but there's nothing I can do about it. What's done is done and we cannot change it. So let's just put this matter aside. Whatever it is you think of me, power hungry or whatever, isn't true. I serve Arnlan to the best of my ability just like you because it is my home."

"No, the correct statement is not that you couldn't do anything, its that you didn't do anything when you could've, and that's why you feel so horrible about it." Levy shook his head, almost looking like he pitied the poor sentry. "Either way, I'll get over it, I'm used to being looked down at by packmates. Underestimation is my birthright as well as defending anyone else that gets looks down upon wrongly."
His anger was gone, but more replaced by what looked like depression or disappointment, as though he had been completely, yet again, written off...to shrug back into the underbrush only to get out of others' sight.
"I won't forget my friend. And I won't put his bad name aside when he deserved better. But take heart Sentry...I'm a honorable wolf, and won't try to sabotage your attempts for pack power..." he sighed, and began slinking off, it didn't seem she understood this wasn't him, or her...but about the person who had made his pack life somewhat worthwhile...since well, Ziko had at least noticed him...and he owed him for that.

Uin turned her head, seeing that Ziro was not there. She started going back not surprised at all from the pup's reaction. She smiled to herself, she would expect that from Ziro. She began to search for the orange pup. She saw Ziro crouched down behind some bushes. Curios, she turned her head in the direction that the pup was looking, there were NightBlood and Levy, still in discussion. Her tail drooped slightly, she didn't like the thought of pack mates fighting with one another. Silently, she crouched down next to the pup and nudged Ziro.
"Something wrong?" she whispered at the pup, a little worried for his sake.
"I'm sorry about Ziko, but there's nothing I can do about it. What's done is done and we cannot change it. So let's just put this matter aside. Whatever it is you think of me, power hungry or whatever, isn't true. I serve Arnlan to the best of my ability just like you because it is my home." she overheard the sentry say, but Uin ignored it, it was none of her business.
She ignored the two wolves, more worried about the young pup than two adults. She could hear Levy speaking, but could not make out the words and didn't care to hear them. She lowered her head, laying it between her paws. She nudged the small pup again, trying to convince him to leave the other two wolves alone.

"I won't forget my friend. And I won't put his bad name aside when he deserved better. But take heart Sentry...I'm a honorable wolf, and won't try to sabotage your attempts for pack power..."
"I just said I don't WANT power!" NightBlood called after the short wolf as he walked away. Frustrated, the Sentry took out her aggression on a large oak. She swung a paw at it and clawed a patch of bark off.
Ziro moved after Uin's last nudge. He figured that, as a pack member, he should try to help in some way. He understood that NightBlood was upset, but didn't quite get why Levy was being so mean to her. Something about a friend? Perhaps the Sentry could clarify.
Drawing a breath, he jumped from the bushes and ran over to NightBlood. He wanted to make it seem like he had only just run into the area and had not been hiding. He turned his head as he neared her and watched in mock surprise as Levy moved away. The pup slowed to a stop and sat down next to the massive female.
NightBlood hardly took any notice as the pup ran to her side. She looked down at him after a moment as he watch Levy disappear. It took her all of five seconds to start wondering if this orange pup was going to be the next victim of her bad luck. Silently, she got up and walked away, heading for the borders.
A shuffling of leaves told Ziro that the titanic female had moved away. He tuned and followed her with his eyes, making a mental note to find her again tomorrow. He'd leave her alone today.

Uin watched as the pup sprinted toward the sentry. NightBlood had walked over a tree and began to take her rage in its bark. She sprinted after the pup, and as Ziro had done before she had made it look like she had just bolted into the scene. She hurried after Ziro and slowed down to walk next to the pup. She turned her head as Ziro did, Levy had began to walk away. A rustling of leaves told her that NightBlood was going her way too. Uin took a deep breath and turned her head to look at the sentry.
"Come on Ziro" she said still looking at the horizon, her voice low.
She turned to the pup and nudged him. She smiled weakly at the pup, trying to seem cheerful. She flicked her tail and turned her muzzle to the horizon.
"Come on"she said again "I promised you we would go exploring" she said sounding a lot more cheerful.
A smiled formed on her muzzle and she began to walk on the direction her muzzle was pointing, to farther in toward Arnlan. She stopped and turned to look at the pup, waiting for an answer.
