(Also Note: None of this should be accepted as scientifically accurate or possible. Also note; Fluorescent lamps were invented in the 1920s, Other chemicals were discovered previous to the 1920s. Trichlorofluoromethane has been injected into the blood of animals, which have survived, and not had very adverse effects, so is theoretically possible to exist within this character.)
Name: Trichlorofluoromethane Dioxide.
Nicknames(s): Trick, Tricky, Tricker (preferred).
Reason For Name: He was named by the chemicals that made him different, Trichlorofluoromethane, and a higher percentage of Carbon Dioxide than an normal wolf.
Gender: Male
Age: 3
Species: Originally Wolf.
Height: 3.6 feet
Weight: 68 lbs
Fur: Black and orange. Is very stiff and straight.
Markings: Black "X" on orange fur on both sides. Large and visible.
Reason For Markings: Inherited from generations who had their fur artificially recoloured to indicate the nature of the danger they possessed.
Eyes: Yellow
Tattoos: None.
Piercings: Three round, metal piercings on the left foreleg.
Extras: Orange colouring on the ears.
Nose pigmentation: Shiny black.
Build and Conformation: Underweight for his height, with not the strength to run at any great speed nor to fight.
Over-All appearance: Physically weak, visible in all weather for a mile.
Normal Gait: Slow?
Physical Limitations: Has low breathing capacity, low heartrate, and as a result, finds not the energy to move too much.
Smell: In terms of his own odour, he smells strange. He smells of a kind of chemical, Trichlorofluoromethane.
Voice: Quiet, gravelly and coarse.
Original Pack: All were raised in captivity, and exposed to chemical treatment over generations.
Pack at this time: None, for the moment.
Rank: None.
Titles: Harmful, Dangerous for the Environment.
Chemical makeup and other: Blood is heavily made up of Trichlorofluoromethane, which is a freon refrigerant. It also contains Carbon Dioxide, and it transports oxygen similar to a normal system. In the respiratory system, he accepts all normal gases, but also retains the carbon dioxide in the air, rather than breathing it out immediately. Seeing as his blood is quite heavy and thick, his heart rate is quite slow, and he can be very tired sometimes. Sweat glands also have a high Trichlorofluoromethane content, and as a result can have body temperature reduced a lot easier when sweating. His saliva also makes up similar content, and keeps his mouth temperature colder than the rest of him.
Internal Temperature: 20C°. His own thermoregulation keeps him well below normal body temperatures, but at the same time, it can be somewhat uncomfortable for him to live in these higher temperatures, and an internal temperature of 23.8C° will result in his death.
Digestive System: Second highest concentration of Trichlorofluoromethane to the blood. Anything that enters the stomach will be greatly damaged, and can digest quite a lot.
Reason That He Is Still Alive: Chronic exposure and small chemical injections that built up a resistance over many generations, and changed the species' internal systems to better accomodate the harmful chemicals. He may still expect a shorter life than the average wolf, though.
Potential Danger to Others: The ingestion of his blood will result in symptoms such as incoordination, tremors, frostbite and cardiac arrest. Death is a possibility.
Mannerisms: Usually appears calm, indifferent, almost robotic. His temperature, lack of hormones and heartrate are a major factor in this.
Nervous habits: Breathing heavily.
Eating habits: Doesn't matter what it is, so long as it's cold.
Tastes: Nulled to the continual faint taste of Trichlorofluoromethane.
Favorite sayings: "No matter how unlucky you feel, there is someone unluckier."
Speech patterns: Slow, occasionally disjointed sentences.
Style: Slow, sickly and very, very cautious.
Greatest Flaw: Is potentially harmful to anybody he comes across.
Greatest Quality: Due to the poisonous nature of his blood, it is unlikely he will be attacked. Hunting usually successful in killing animals
-Lineage-Past, Present, Future-
Grandfathers: Dead before he knew them
Grandmothers: Dead before he knew them.
Mother: Was eager to have pups. She never met her sons.
Father: Was similarly pleased with pups arriving soon. Never saw them.
Siblings: One brother, believed executed at another facility. (Though he may live )
Offspring: Would similarly be as chemically dangerous as their father. None so far.
Family structure: Dead.
Quality of family relationships: He never met them. Raised in captivity.
Sexual Orientation: Asexual.
Turn-ons: N/A
Turn-offs: N/A
Mate: N/A
-History-
How did your character get here: By truck. A very old truck, which broke down in a snowstorm.
What was life before now: Surrounded by metals, injections, white floors, white walls, fluorescent lighting and mostly isolation from the outside.
Good 'child/pup/cub/etc.'hood, or bad? OK, it's not like he was tortured or anything.
Struggles and hardships so far? Being contaminated with a chlorofluorocarbon.
Easy or difficult til now? Easy, just sat in his airlocked room and was able to do nothing.
Forced down this path or was it their choice? Forced.
Any regrets? Never seeing the outside world before.
What special circumstance have shaped them into who they are? Chemically altered over generations.
Has anything happened to them so far that they can not forgive or live down, or anything that has scarred them? His chemical treatment.
-The Mental-
Physical goals: To be strong enough to live on the outside world.
Psychological/emotional goals? Come to terms with his difference, and the threat he poses to anyone who come into close contact.
Super-Objective(The all over goal): To live, and to be safe.
Defining Characteristics: Is making the best of a bad situation.
Usual disposition: Cautious, careful not to get hurt.
How does the character see themselves? As near impossible to be really safe around.
How do they believe others perceive them? Weird.
How self-confident is the character? Not really confident he can do much for others without hurting them.
What embarrasses the character? His whole background.
How does the character deal with anger? Remembers he can't get into a fight, for any cuts he would recieve would leak Trichlorofluoromethane.
Sadness? Always looks on the bright side of life, so to speak.
Conflict? Backs off immediately. It's too dangerous to fight.
Change? He'll live with it.
Loss? What's to lose? His family are gone.
What does the character want out of life? Safety.
What would the character change in their life? His chemical makeup.
What motivates them? The thought of security and safety for everyone.
What frightens them? His own blood.
What makes them happy? Acceptance.
