I thought it would be helpful if I wrote something up about the packs here, so if you are looking to place a character, this should be the place to look for assistance:).
Synl
Alphas: Kahvie, Sonny
General: Synl is a haven for dogs seeking shelter from Sallin, or just those who need a place to stay.
Who is allowed: While Synl was created for dogs, the alphas are now allowing hybrids and wolves again.
Acceptance needed?: Yes.
Current issues: Cold war with Sallin, malevolent intruders, spies, and assassins.
Allies: Hallow Village (loosely), Geera
Enemies: Sallin
Rakine Port
Alpha: Faline
General: Rakine is the area's only port, and is rather small for being so. Home to many strays and pets alike.
Who is allowed: Domestic animals, the occasional wolf.
Acceptance needed?: Yes.
Current issues: Problems with thieving strays, pirating.
Allies: Hallow Village
Enemies: None
Sallin
Alphas: Nightshade, Kaine
General: Formerly Råknu, Sallin is a deadly pack, and seems to be growing with each kill they make.
Who is allowed: Wolves. Dogs are accepted, but are treated as slaves if so, except on special occasions.
Acceptance needed?: Yes.
Current issues: Cold war with Synl and Arnlan.

Hallow Village
Alphas: Wesley, Echo
General: An old village run by humans, home to pets and strays alike.
Who is allowed: Domestic animals, the occasional wolf or hybrid.
Acceptance needed?: Yes.

Enemies: None
Arnlan
Alphas: Karolek, Sofika (siblings)
General: A rather mysterious place, where shadows have minds of their own and dead tree limbs reach out into the night. Snow often covers the area, except for during the summer months, when it rains heavily.
Who is allowed?: Wolves, occasional dogs.
Acceptance needed?: Yes.
Current issues: Cold war with Sallin.
Allies: None
Enemies: Sallin
Geera
Alpha: Deymon
General: A forested and hilly area with high peaks and wide valleys. Most members are...curious, to say the least, but all are quite charming in their own right.
Who is allowed: Dogs, wolves, wolfdogs... anything, really.
Acceptance needed?: Yep.
Current issues: None. (Will hopefully get raided by Sallin in their near future. )

General: An extension of Hallow Village that those visiting the lost frequent. It is said that strange noises can be heard coming down from here into Sallin itself after midnight.
Who is allowed: Anyone, neutral territory.

Current issues: The occasional graverobber.
Allies: None

Scatterstone Beach
Alphas: None
General: A peaceful white sand beach. The dark water has a tendancy to freeze over in the winter.
Who is allowed: Anyone, neutral territory.
Acceptance needed?: No.

General: A long, muddy road created by human traders, but no longer in use by them. Does not offer much shelter, and can be dangerous.
