Yeah, the third page is going a bit slow, which sucks because this place really needs more pages to know fully what is going on. I did have a page cleaned up and inked, but I had inked it when I was sick about a week ago, and when I'm sick with something other than my normal problems, my art just sucks. I am working on getting that page up and inked a little more carefully this time, so I'll do my best to have it colored sometime this weekend.

Haha...I think I know what you mean. ^^ Inking can be difficult without losing the character of it. But hey, no stress! Better a truly amazing page in a few more days than a mediocre one right now.

Heh, yeah. The only reason I was doing it in ink was because it's difficult to adjust the levels with pencil (I use Photoshop Elements, because it came free with my tablet...hah, I'm so poor!) But I am just going to switch over to pencil now, since ink is just way to hard for me to control, especially with my health prob that causes my hand to act all shaky and retarded  . But, duuuude, if you eat the page, then it'll never be finished  ! ... ...Sorry, I couldn't help myself^^. Actually, I just have to color in Nightshade's ears and do a background, and then the page will be finished...possibly looking at Thursday for completion, since that is the last day of school for me, and then I'm freeeee  ! Man, after all these cell colored pages, I'm DYING to break in my new acrylics! |

Ahh I can't paint traditionally, I stick to digital because CTRL-Z is my best friend. =P

Your hand gets shaky too? What causes that? I noticed mine do that too. I think it's some kinda nervous thing, but I do it when I'm not nervous too.
Anyway, I can't wait to see the third page. ;D
I'm trying to think of a comic I would like to do too.

Muhuhaha, I have the fourth and fifth pages already drawn out! It's the coloring that slows me down, really...takes fer freakin' evah ! Mmmmm, England... I have a condition called Chiari, which causes it, among many other symptoms such as constant physical pain, temporary blindness, loss of hearing, weakness, fainting, muscle twitches, light headedness...eh, the list goes on. It's the reason I'm home schooled as well. Merf. |
