A small huffling sound puffed out of the female, so irritating these trees, with a small yap, she ran over and nudged it back in a pile she was creating with the tip of her nose.
She sighed and shook her head. "If you love pups...never breed with a herding dog." Anna warned Duskee, and only half in jest. Her ears pinned back and she barked a small warning to what seemed to be...the tree, or the squirrels in the trees, it was really unknown.
"They'll end up dreadfully neurotic."

Duskee watched her with entertainment as she pushed the small acorn into a presise pile. He tried to hold back laughing as she did so. She was hilarious! When breeding came up in the conversation Duskee tilted his head and blinked some. Where the heck did that statement come from? His ears were partly perked. He almost seemed to stop dead in his tracks. Why was she talking about mating to him. Did she find him attractive in some why? He never really thought about mating much.
"They'll end up dreadfully neurotic."
She finished her statement and Duskee just stood there dumbfounded for a moment. Was she joking with him? He cocked his head the opposite direction and forced a smile on his face. The topic was quite serious, but it seemed as though she was jesting with him. He simply stood there watching her, waiting to see if she was just joking or actually meaning something by what she said.

Whether she was joking or not may just stay a mystery to Duskee, as the little corgi just shook her head again and looked back at her acorn pile. "I just don't know why there's that...powerful urge to mound them up like that."
She gestured a petite paw towards the perfect little hills of nuts that lived under that oak tree. "Need to get out more...or something." She laughed and ended it with a little howling yip of amusement. "No but seriously, I think I'm crazy." she chuckled to herself shaking her shoulders as she did so.
"So what about you, what do you...do? I guess...I should really ask more questions about you anyways...since you are a new member and all. Want to make you feel welcome and all that...."

He let out a small sigh and nodded to her. "Maybe its in your genes?" He smiled and chuckled some. He odd herding antics were some what interesting to watch, and if she lost that trait; Duskee would loose his intrest real quick.
Her needing to get out more, did seem like a good idea. But, for now Duskee thought it was needed for her. Everyone needs to let some things out eventually. He also had some herding traits in him, but only when more than three living creatures were near him. As for being crazy, she most definatly was not. He let out a light laugh of doubt when she stated that.
" I watch things, and take things in. " He sat back down onto his haunches and looked down at her with a soft smile. " I have a habit of walking around and simply looking at things, memorizing my surroundings." His facial expression was that of warmth and kindness.

"I think it would have to be in the genes..." which was why she had warned the young male never to have pups with a herding dog, or else the pups would turn out...weird. Anna scampered about anxiously, as though something was bothering her a moment, uncomfortable-like. Before settling down on her haunches for awhile.
"I saw that, you were peeking around before we met, weren't you?"

Duskee watched her with a perked eyebrow as she began to prance around ranodomly then sit abruptly. He figured it had something to do with her being a herding dog. He simply shook his head and perked his brows to her when she asked if he was peeking around before they met. " Not necissarily peeking around, i had just woken up and was on my way to find somone to see if i could be granted acceptance." He smiled to her and winked "Thats when i ran into you miss Anna of the thousand mounds" He joked to her

"Nine hundred and thirty-two" Anna seemed very quick to correct the young male, before she noticed he had made a joke, and she was just being crazy. She flashed a toothy smile.
"Well I'm glad I ran into you atleast, so you have somewhere to call home now."

He laughed when he heard the exact number of the small piles of acorns and nuts and what else she might have stoed away in a pile. He was grateful that he had found Anna and found a place to call home. Although a few days earlier, Duskee was out and about scanning the landscape and seeing what the Synl lands had to offer.

"You think that is funny? Well it is, but in that sad sort of way I guess." she smiled, and then chuckled along with the little sandy and black male.
"Well I won't lie that I though I had smelled you around earlier...but couldn't really find you...which isn't that hard...its' not as though i have the best vantage point..." as to say, she was a short little thing.
