The Sentry sighed and let her eyes close as Armageddon rested his head on her shoulder. Her lips lifted into a smile as her ears turned toward him, his steady breathing slowly lulling her to sleep. She buried her nose in her tail, hiding it from the cold wind. The weight on her shoulder along with the added body heat was comforting to her. She never wanted this to end.
It wasn't long before she began to feel herself drifting in and out of sleep. Once or twice she stirred and had to burry her nose back in her tail. Once she heard a faint whisper as she began to drift back into her dreamland. She knew the voice came from above her and she knew it was Armageddon's, but she was heading back to sleep, where she didn't feel her injuries. There was no turning back.
"NightBlood... Can I keep you?"
Without opening her eyes, she simply gave out an affirmative into her tail. She was too asleep to move, let alone open her jaw to speak properly. She could only manage a faint smile.
"Mhmm..."
