At least to me, because I have them.
The only time they change is when I'm gravely ill, and then they turn hazel. O.x

XD -high five's kahvs- I gots a collar too! but my gf bought mine at an Earl May for $4.95 and ive had it for 5 years now X3 lol!
My eyes are blah X/ just grey, although it depends on what i wear or what i stand next to >.> ie: something red-my eyes look blue, something green- my eyes look green, something black-silver, something white- darker??O.o
