German Shepherd + Norwegian Elkhound
Four Years Old
Two Foot Tall at shoulder.
90 lbs.
Appearance:
Dirty grey belly and legs shift to black which covers the back, tail, and face. Shepherd build with minimal hound anatomy. Black spots on tongue.
History:
Raised tethered as a pet. All his knowledge of the canine world came from late-night barkings and momentary exchanges with strays and scouts. From the time he was a pup, Duke unknowingly longed for the company of canines. A hole inside, filled briefly at times with the distant cries of his ilk grew until, fueled by loneliness and the unbearable knowledge that his human caretakers were not his brothers, he worked at his tether until it was broken, and left the bittersweet comfort of life on a rope.
(rather than spend any time writing on Duke's personality, I'd like to leave it at this for now, only because I'm not sure how Duke will react to life apart from humans. Thank you for any comments or suggestions and I look forward to role playing in the near future. Unless there is some conflict with this idea, I had the notion that Duke and his owners might've lived in Rakine, and that when I begin playing, he could be found exploring Dante's Pass or the Manor Cemetery.)
